From Mount Val Zoldo the Refuge is reached l>y various ways, the chief one from Forno di Zoldo by a good mule path in less than four hours to the alp of 11utorto, and thence to the Refuge in half-an-hour by commodious paths marked in red. Another way is from Fusina, Forno Alto, by Carpa (one hour, very steep), or by Pianay (if hours, less steep) to Coy, the highest village in Venetia, thence by mule path to Rutorto in two hours
del Doge, Torre dei Sabbione, and Antelao. From S. Vito (Vallesella) one ascends by a commodious road marked in red by the Alpine Club, arriving in about two hours at the Refuge. From the Refuge two paths go off, the one by the Forcella Grande, which descends to Calaizo, and the other by the Forcella Piccola, which goes to the Bosco di S. Marco. From the Refuge by the Forcella Grande is five hours to Sorapiss, and four hours to Antelao, by a path made by the Alpine section, as far as the Forcella
