Das königlich baierisch General Kom missariat hat soeben wegen dem berüchtigten Joseph Speck bacher, von dem es nun legal erhoben ist, daß er kein österreichischer Offizier sey und von der kaiserlichen öster reichischen Regierung keine Aufträge rücksichtlich Tyrols erhalten habe, vielmehr

Diese Personalbeschreibung ist nun außerordentlich genau; sie lautet: „Joseph Speckbacher ist ohngefähr 45 Zahre alt, von großer, etwas untersetzter Statur, hat ein längliches Gesicht, eingefallene Backen, eine schwarz- gelbe Gesichtsfarbe, die in den Backen etwas roth ist, eine hohe Stirn, große, braune Augen, schwarze Augen brauen, einen wilden Blick, große Nase, gewöhnlichen Mund, spitzes Kinn, schwarzen Schnurrbart, der kurz, aber gewichst ist, schwarzen Backenbart und solche Haare, die hinten etwas lang geschnitten
